Navigate the world with integrity, instead of exhaustion
For high-masking gifted, autistic, and 2E+ adults ready to integrate their neurodivergence as a culture, and become more confident, skillful communicators.
Hi! I’m Ana María
I'm a 3E (gifted + autistic + Latina) linguist, interculturalist, and former civil rights worker, specializing in neurodivergent communication as intercultural communication.
My work is founded on the single most important observation I’ve made about communication as a multiply-neurodivergent linguist and interculturalist…
Inside the “bubble” of a communication event, gifted and autistic traits function as a culture- a unique way of sensing and making sense of the world- NOT a deficit or disorder.
Finally, an approach to communication for neurodivergent people… that doesn’t mean becoming more neurotypical
In fact, I firmly believe that you can be skillful at being different, and in doing so, reclaim your right to communicate authentically - whether that means directness, intellectual intensity, or complex processing needs - while still being effective across different contexts.
It means developing skills to navigate professional and social situations without abandoning your neurodivergent communication style. Instead of endless masking, dimming your intensity, or constant people-pleasing, you learn when and how to adapt while maintaining your integrity and needs.
I call this Communication Sovereignty.
The process
Step 1Rewild your identity
Cultivate a vibrant, internal home for your neurodivergence as a culture… OUTSIDE of the medical model.
Step 2Go beyond masking
Get tools and frameworks that help you confidently navigate the invisible, implicit dimensions of communication, so you can communicate effectively across neurocultural differences.
Step 3Lead with vision
Be it in your family, at work, or simply for yourself, learn to envision new, radically affirming ways of making sense of the world that inform and inspire your actions today.
